Repairs and Maintenance

Roof Repairs

Leaks, debris, fallen branches, ice dam damage, wind torn shingles, caulk deterioration, pipe failure, and skylight failure are all a part of owning a home in Central Oregon. Our cold weather and variable temperatures can cause slow deterioration on a roof.

Even if you aren’t seeing the results of the damage, it’s a good idea to get a roofing contractor on site to assess the extent of the damage and repair it early.

Sometimes, a repair is as simple as replacing a box vent or a pipe jack boot.  Or a small portion of your roof may need to be fixed from an ice dam.  It's simple; we fix what is broken and will not push a roof replacement unless it is necessary.

We know the ins and outs of every roofing system. Whether your problem area is large or small, our team will follow a proven approach to help resolve the issue at hand.

Roof Maintenance

Your roof protects your home, and just like a vehicle,  it needs to be maintained to prolong it's lifespan.  A quick inspection can reveal a great deal about a roof, and if it still has some life in it, the following things can be done to prolong it for years to come:

- remove all debris from gutters, roof valleys, and other roof areas where things get stuck

-re-applying caulk around all pipe vents, box vents, skylights, etc.

-check for loose shingles that may need to be replaced
